Just a quick note. We are still here and plugging along. It's been a nice week weather wise I thing even California Gord would agree. At work I have been programming for a new model that is coming out soon and that is my favorite thing to do as far as work goes. I have been slogging through the book "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand and am almost done with it. It is as long as a Harry Potter book but much more political and a bit racy. We are all home but for Linc who is fishing at Baily Lake up Little Grays. He left at 4:00 AM (yes there are two 4:00's) so that they could fish in the morning. It's about a two hour drive and an hour and a half hike. Linc has been working for our neighbour this week putting up a shed for him. He has been working with one of the people who live on the hill in front of the canyon and if you know them you know that they may not be the most polished socially but they do know how to work. Linc likes the work but not the long hours (8 to 12 hour a day). Holl is in the Rock church play and has been babysitting for a ward member this week. They have a boy and two girls. The boy is ten and thinks he is twenty five. G-man is busy inventing and putting things together. Sparky is at a neighbours playing with a friend. And Wife is about to go on a bike ride. 'Leenie is having a nap and it sounds like a great idea!

I am with Linc, I like to work also, but 8 hour days are too long for me also. I do it anyway, because I like to eat! If I could work 6 hour days and get the same benefits, I would be the first in line. On most days all we have is 6 hours of work to do, but have to work 8. Sometimes we only have 4 hours worth. On the rare day or two we have 10-12 hrs of work, but it too must be done in 8 hours.
Poor Hol! I deal with the 10-thinks-25 crowd often and it's not all that much fun. Cute pic of Leenie.
My grandson had a great time. He wanted to go back to great-grandmas house. He enjoyed playing with your daughter!
Glad that everyone is alright. we're doing alright here. Very warm & muggy here yesterday. Nasty baseball game weather for the tournament for A-bombs season.
