More amazing kid stuff

A bit of an explanation on the two pictures. G-man had me draw a picture of a buffalo head while we were in church. He then proceeded to draw the picture on the left (I traced his pencil lines with a marker to have it show up better). Again G-man drew the picture on the right in school using the grid system to copy a picture his teacher provided. Sparky has had many profound sayings over the last little while and I think this is a good time to include some. Some are from other kids as well. Initials indicate who said it.
  • Not the freezer... the colder. -MMS-
  • G-man, this will make it so when you're a teenager I won't be living at your house. -LRS-
  • When somebody has a birthday I'm really jealous. -MMS-
  • Never eat a tinny glass of skittles. -MMS-
  • I feel displeased! -LRS-
  • It's stuck and I can't unstuck it! -GAS-
  • G-man likes to follow me whenever I get my candy out. -MMS-
  • How 'bout we gather together and watch a family movie? -MMS-
  • P.E. isn't dumb, it's Physical Education! -GAS-
  • Never sit too long on a book. -MMS-
  • Whenever I hear "bacon", I want to eat it out of the story. -MMS-

Holl doesn't seem to have said anything note worthy that I have recorded. I will have to watch closer and report back.

No new one yet.

I will be e-mailing you relatives about your birth and anniversary dates to make sure I have the dates correct for the 2008 calendar.

Well, I can't argue with the wisdom of any of the sayings. MMS seems to be shaping up as a bit of a philosopher. I too want to eat the bacon out of the story, and I can agree profoundly with never sitting too long on a book. (or any other object with corners) I need more info on the teenager comment. It sounds both profound and hilarious. Holl doesn't need to say anything noteworthy, she can get by on looks and personality. An admirable quality in a girl. Being a smart alecky girl has it's drawbacks.

Ya gotta love kids!! They say it like it is. I have a little daycare boy who turned 2 in July that 'says the darndest things'. Maybe I will make a list of his sayings on my blog! Can't wait for the new one, Kerry's cousin had her baby on the 30th. Madison 8 lbs 20 oz 19.5 inches.
