Fair trade?

Well last night was G-man's Blue and Gold banquet. It was a Chinese themed dinner with chop sticks and all. I was nice but I was fighting a headache so I wasn't at the top of my game. I wore my newest USU tee shirt that I ordered from their web sight for $4.00. That's right cheep coverings and Aggie-ness to boot! I got one for Linc as well. I'm not trying to influence his post high school decisions in any way... GO AGGIES!

Speaking of the big guy, he is in UW country today and tomorrow at the state in door track meet. He will be competing in the high jump and the 55m hurdles. The first he has practiced for about a week since basketball ended (yippee!) and the second he hasn't even ran a complete race in yet but he is going to the state tournament. He doesn't expect to do overly wonderful.

We traded him for one of Holl's friends who is going to stay the night. I wasn't so hip on the whole idea until I learned that they were going to make dinner for us tonight. Well, it might be OK for one night.

Looking at how things are going in the world today I think I will take the government hand out they are giving out and buy food storage. We may not have food shortages we just might not be able to afford to buy it. To answer Wife's uncle from a few blogs ago, I see the state of things and wonder if we may just be headed for a greater depression or at least the good ol' seventies with double digit inflation, interest rates and unemployment. I think that BHO is really just "Jimmy Carter lite" so to speak.

Food storage sounds good. I need to organize what I have to see what We need.

Show me the Scotsman who doesn't love the thistle. Show me the Englishman who doesn't love the rose. Show me the true-blooded Aggie from Utah, who doesn't love the spot, where the sagebrush grows!
