All by myself

Well here in the frozen North it is spring brake (in name only). Everyone has left town that can leave town. The only ones left are the ones that must hold down the fort. I am one of the fort holder-downers. It's not all bad. My boss is gone for the week (the work one) and the family has gone to the big city. It's bad for me to admit but It's nice to have a day or two on my own. I wouldn't want it to be permanent but as they say "a change is as good as a rest". I fear I will get much more rest than dear Wife. She must navigate in that place filled to overflowing with Udrivers. It's interesting to me how hard people work on vacations. We are sure glad and appreciative of friends and family who put up our family and entertain them when they are down there.
